Rich, buttery flavour
A gastronomic flavouring produced according to traditional methods of distillation, extraction and maceration. Easy to use, only a few drops are required to give a burst of flavour.
Use to enhance the flavour of cakes, pastries and puddings. This buttery flavouring would work particularly well in croissants or brioche.
Use between 0.1ml and 0.8ml of flavouring per litre of preparation. We suggest that you experiment a little in order to find your perfect method of using the flavourings.
