Add to fruit salads, cakes and puddings
A gastronomic flavouring produced according to traditional methods of distillation, extraction and maceration. Easy to use, only a few drops are required to give a burst of flavour.
Use to enhance the flavour of jams, coulis or fruit salads. Add to cocktails or use in cakes and puddings. This banana flavouring would work particularly well in a fruit salad or a banana cake.
Use between 0.1ml and 0.8ml of flavouring per litre of preparation. We suggest that you experiment a little in order to find your perfect method of using the flavourings.
