The vineyards that produce the grapes that make this wine benefit from late Springtime and cool Autumns, so the Chardonnay grapes mature late.
Golden in appearance, with floral aromas, this Chardonnay is extremely well balanced, round and with good acidity. Complex and subtle, this is a very good wine to serve chilled with cheese.
