Sparkling dry rosé wine, perfect as a summer aperitif
Made with 70% Chardonnay grapes, 20% Chenin grapes and 10% Pinot grapes, all grown on the stony, limestone slopes of Limoux, this sparkling rosé wine is aged for a minimum of 15 months.
Beautiful salmon pink colour with fine, long-lasting mousse, aromas of white fruits, and flavours of buttered toast and fresh brioche. Slightly spicy, with a long, refreshing finish.
Best served chilled at 7°C as an aperitif.
Composition : 1% alcohol
