Prepared with rabbits bought in a small breeding farm of the region.

Tips : put in the refrigerator 24h before servings. Serve cold as a starter.

Composition :
50% of rabbit meat, 50% of lean and fat of pork, salt, pepper and spice. Without colorings neither preservatives.
