Beef Bourguignon is a typical French beef recipe that originates in the region of Burgundy using the richly flavoured Burgundy wine to marinate the meat and create a fabulously sumptous sauce. This Bourguignon is cooked with beef from the Aubrac highlands and Marcillac wine so it may not be entirely authentic, but we can assure you that it is utterly fabulous.

Serving suggestion : heat gently and serve with fresh pasta or boiled potatoes.
