A sumptious mustard, the perfect compliment to beef!
For your pleasure, the Fallot Mustard factory collaborated with a great name of the French gastronomy Patrick Bertron, head cook and successor to his mentor Bernard Loiseau. They decided to create greedy mustards with new flavours and new exotic tastes.
The smoked of the tea is associated to the flavours of the cep and intensify the autumnal side of this mustard. It will be perfect with a piece of beef, a game like a roe deer, a poultry or even some smoked fish. You can also incorporate it into a mayonnaise.
