Mustard with coriander leaves and candied orange - Bernard Loiseau
A mouthwatering mustard with a truly original combination of flavours.
The Fallot Mustard factory, collaborated with a great name of the French gastronomy: Patrick Bertron, head cook and who succeeded to Bernard Loiseau. They decided to associate with them in order to mix greedy mustards with new flavours and create exotic tastes.
These mustards are ground as in the past with millstones with top-quality ingredients (Mustard seeds and white vines of Burgundy (Bourgogne). They remain ideals condiments to sublimate dishes.
This mustard has an acidulated and subtle touch. The freshness of the coriander balances itself perfectly with the bitterness of the crystallized orange.
Cooking tips of the head cook: This mustard will be ideal for a duck breast, a veal chop or a vinaigrette in support of lobsters or asparaguses.
