Especially for oysters!
These pretty pearls are made of seaweed spheres with a liquid centre flavoured with vinegar and shallot.
Although specially designed to accompany oysters, you can also use them to lift the flavour of sushi, smoked salmon and salads.
Red wine vinegar 49%, water, calcium chloride: E509, gellifying agent: sodium alginate, thickening agent: xanthan gum, natural shallot flavouring 0.15%.
