Champagne aux douces notes de fraise des bois et de groseille
Le Rosé Impérial est un vin séducteur : construit autour du Pinot Noir, à la fois spontané et fondu, l’assemblage met en lumière un fruité vif, élancé et d’une grande souplesse. L’assemblage de vin rouge lui confère également de féminins reflets cuivrés.
Couleur : Rose aux reflets légèrement cuivrés.
Arôme : Une dominante de fraise des bois et groseille. Notes poivrées.
Dégustation : Attaque sur le fruité, éclatant et spontané, cœur de bouche tendre, finale fraîche et souple.
Accord des mets : Dans un esprit méditerranéen, des combinaisons à la fois simples et intenses en arômes, saveurs et couleurs. Crustacés grillés, poissons colorés, viandes et volailles rouges crues à tendres, jus léger, légumes mûrs, savoureux, fruits rouges frais. Utiliser l’huile d’olive pour l’onctuosité. Texture tendre, souple, relevée d’un peu de croquant.
Température de service : Idéalement entre 9 et 11°C. Le rafraîchissement doit être progressif pour ne pas "casser" sa mousse et son bouquet.
