Drizzle over icecream or dilute in cold drinks
This syrup is part of a range of artisan made products created by Madame Félix, in the Lozère region of southern France. Madame Félix invents her recipes using fruit and vegetables, cooking them up in a big copper cauldron with pure cane sugar and agar agar to produce differenct consistencies. Jams, jellies, marmalades, sauces and syrups... this is a range made honestly and straightforwardly, and we think it is something really rather special.
This caramel syrup contains nothing but water and caramelised sugar. It is fantastic drizzled over icecreams, fruit salads and tarts, and can also be diluted in water or milk for a refreshing drink.
Composition : water (67%), sugar (33%)
