Make your own traditional gingerbread men

ScrapCooking ® produces a fabulous and fun range of moulds to help you create beautiful sweets, cakes, chocolates and biscuits. This mould is perfect for baking traditional gingerbread men biscuits.

Recipe :
Ingredients : 250g flour, 30g butter, 80g caster sugar, 2 teaspoons of honey, 2 eggs, 3 table spoons of ground almonds, 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar, 1 sachet de yeast, 2 teaspoons of gingerbread spice mix, 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon, 70cl milk

  • Warm the milk and mix it with the butter, honey, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the spices and cinnamon. Add the eggs and mix in the flour and yeast.
  • Use icing bag to fill the mould 1/3 full.
