Traditional, hand-tied tripe cooked in a sauce enriched with mustard.

Serving suggestion: Reheat over a low flame and serve hot with potatos, rice or pasta.

Contains three portions of tripe

Composition : Veal and lamb tripe 60%, water, white wine (may contain sulfates), onions, Charroux mustard 2.1%, cream, shallots, carrots, modified corn starch, stock (may contain celery), butter, salt, sugar, garlic, pepper
