Every store cupboard needs a bottle of good quality wine vinegar, to add flavour and aroma to all sorts of dishes.
Vinegar is a happy by-product of our great love affair with wine, but the production of really good vinegar is now an art in its own right. This red wine vinegar, made with shallot juice, has a fine and delicate nose and is ideal for use in béarnaise sauce, wine sauces, meat and fish dishes, in salad dressings, or with oysters.
Composition : Red wine vinegar, shallot juice (0.5%), essence of shallots, preservative (sodium bisulphate)
