Michel Cluizel, along with his four children, has been working magic with cocoa beans since 1948.

Milk chocolate minigrammes are hugely popular amongst professional pastry cooks and chocolatiers, who love the practicality of these little spheres of chocolate.

Recipe idea : old fashioned hot chocolate :

For five cups : 125g minigrammes milk chocolate spheres, 5 cups of milk, 1/3 cup of water.

Melt the minigrammes chocolate spheres in the water over a low heat.

Add the milk and heat gently until boiling. Boil for a minute or two, stirring constantly.

Composition : Cocoa (37% minimum), cane sugar, cocoa butter, bourbon vanilla pods, powdered milk. May contain traces of nuts and gluten.
