Super practical, mini spheres of white chocolate

Michel Cluizel, along with his four children, has been working magic with cocoa beans since 1948.

White chocolate minigrammes are hugely popular amongst professional pastry cooks and chocolatiers, who love the practicality of these little spheres of chocolate.

Idée recette : White chocolate and raspberry Brownies :

To make enough brownies for 12 people : 85g White chocolate minigrammes, 160g softened butter, 50g ground hazelnuts, 50g raspberries, 115g flour, 150g sugar, 3 eggs.

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and stir in the softened butter. Add the eggs, sugar, flour, hazelnuts and raspberries.

Pour into brownie moulds and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Composition : Cane sugar, cocoa butter, bourbon vanilla pods, powdered milk. May contain nuts, milk and gluten.
