Crumiel

Crumiel is, quite simply, crystals of honey, which can be used to add the flavour of honey to any dish, as well as a deliciously crunchy texture.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Composition : Wild flower honey 60 %, sodium alginate, maltodextrine.
