Chestnut mash
A plain chestnut spread to be used with gourmet recipes or to eat on slice of bread or with a dessert.
Recipe idea : the chestnut cake.
Mix the content of one jar with half a cup of honey and 3 beaten egg whites. Put in a cake tin and cook at low heat for 30 minutes... Bon appétit !
