The Maison Fossier takes great pride in using traditional methods to create these famous little biscuits.

These almond macaroons are perfect served with tea or coffee, as part of a buffet, or to decorate cakes. Crunchy, light as air and utterly lovely.

Composition : Sugar, biscuit rose (sugar, flour, eggs, egg whites, powdered lift: ammonium hydrogen carbonate, flavours, natural colours E120), egg whites, almonds 15%, flavours. Manufactured in a workshop that uses: soy, nuts.
