A rather special store cupboard treat
This foie gras is produced using ducks bred on the Causse de Sauveterre in the Lozère or the Aveyron, where they are raised at the farm by Mr. Aulas.
Serving suggestion : To serve 1 to 2 people (70g) or 3 to 4 people (190g) - Serve cold on a bed of salad. Serve with a toasted slice of wholemeal bread and a glass of Sauternes.
Composition : Duck foie gras, water (7%), Sauternes (3%), salt and pepper
