Duck foie gras block with Sauternes
The ducks are bred on the Causse de Sauveterre in Lozère or in Aveyron. They are force-fed at the farm by Mr. Aulas.
Tips : 1 to 2 persons (70g) or 3 to 4 persons (190g) - Serve cold on a salad bed. Taste with a toasted slice of whole bread and a glass of Sauternes.
Composition : Duck foie gras, water (7%), Sauternes (3%), salt and pepper
