How to cook chick peas ? put your chick peas in water for 12 to 24h. The more they saty in water, the faster they will be cooked. In a saucepan, put 200g of chick peas and 1 liter of water and cook at medium heat for about 1h. YOu can flavor your cooking water with onions, thyme, garlic or other spices.
