A delicate combination of red wine vinegar and 20 year-old Gelas Armagnac
Maison Gelas is one of France's greatest producers of Armagnac. This red wine vinegar is made with real Armagnac, aged for over 20 years. The result is richly flavoured, smooth, luxurious and refined. Use it to dress foie gras, or drizzled over steamed vegetables. It is also delicious used to deglaze the pan in which a steak has been grilled, to create a rich, unctuous sauce.
Composition : Wine vinegar, Armagnac. Alcohol: 6°.
