Black truffles are often called "black gold" because of their price. Their high price is due both to their scarcity and their powerful taste.

Serving tips : cut the truffles in thin slices and add them at the last minute to your dishes. They perfectly match with fresh noodles, risotto, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes or with roasted young partridge meat.
