A prize-winning whole duck foie gras prepared according to traditional methods by Jean-François Sudreau

Serve cold on slices of toast. Excellent served with fig bread.
Try serving slices of foie gras on a salad of French beans and tomatoes, seasoned with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
