Michel Glosek, self-appointed ambassador of Gascony, has travelled the world to find the inspirations for his culinary creations. Keen to share his experiences and his love of fine food, he has settled in Gascony, a region steeped in tradition, where he has created his business 'Glosek Gourmet', to develop a range of products which marry tradition and innovation.

A crumble of meltingly tender apple compote, enhanced by the flavour of grapes and Armagnac.
