Michel Glosek, self-appointed ambassador of Gascony, has travelled the world to find the inspirations for his culinary creations. Keen to share his experiences and his love of fine food, he has settled in Gascony, a region steeped in tradition, where he has created his business 'Glosek Gourmet', to develop a range of products which marry tradition and innovation.
Four little pancakes in a delicious Armagnac syrup. Irresistible.
Serving suggestion
These pancakes are best served warm, accompanied by slices of orange, icecream, or a fresh fruit sauce.
Composition : Syrup (sugar, water, glucose, armagnac 12%, natural orange extract), 4 pancakes (wheat flour, whole milk, water, sugar, fresh eggs, vanilla sugar, salt, sunflower oil).
