Candied chestnuts in Armagnac syrup

Michel Glosek, self-appointed ambassador of Gascony, has travelled the world to find the inspirations for his culinary creations. Keen to share his experiences and his love of fine food, he has settled in Gascony, a region steeped in tradition, where he has created his business 'Glosek Gourmet', to develop a range of products which marry tradition and innovation.

This jar contains a traditional recipe of chestnuts steeped in an Armagnac syrup.

Serving suggestions

We recommend that you serve these candied chestnuts either as part of a starter, with foie gras, in a rich duck or chicken casserole, or as part of a pudding, served with ice cream... or just eat them from the jar!

Composition : Chestnut (minimum 25 pieces), syrup (sugar, water, glucose, armagnac 12%).
