A delicious pastry with prunes and Armagnac

Michel Glosek, self-appointed ambassador of Gascony, has travelled the world to find the inspirations for his culinary creations. Keen to share his experiences and his love of fine food, he has settled in Gascony, a region steeped in tradition, where he has created his business 'Glosek Gourmet', to develop a range of products which marry tradition and innovation.

This jar contains a delicious pudding of meltingly light biscuit, soaked in an Armagnac and mocha syrup and filled with prunes and Armagnac.

Serving suggestion

We suggest that you serve the charlotte as a pudding with custard or vanilla ice cream.

Composition : Biscuit (sugar, eggs, flour, stabilizer: glycerol, aroma, invert sugar syrup, salt, preservative: calcium propionate, acidifier: potassium tartrate), filling (prunes 50%, sugar, water, armagnac 5%, pectin, lemon juice concentrate), syrup (sugar, water, glucose, armagnac 12%, coffee extract).
