A delicious pastry from Gascogne.
Michel Glosek, self-appointed ambassador of Gascony, has travelled the world to find the inspirations for his culinary creations. Keen to share his experiences and his love of fine food, he has settled in Gascony, a region steeped in tradition, where he has created his business 'Glosek Gourmet', to develop a range of products which marry tradition and innovation.
This jar contains 6 mini pastries steeped in an Armagnac syrup. A delicious pudding or a luxurious treat.
Serving suggestion
We suggest that you serve these canelés with fresh fruit, fruit sauce or ice cream, or simply as a treat with a cup of coffee.
Composition : 6 canelés (water, flour, vanilla rum, milk, eggs, vanilla flavouring, vegetable fats), syrup (water, sugar, glucose, armagnac 10%).
