Michel Glosek, self-appointed ambassador of Gascony, has travelled the world to find inspiration for his culinary creations. Keen to share his experiences and his love of fine food, he decided to settle in Gascony, a region steeped in tradition, where he created his business 'Glosek Gourmet' with the aim to develop a range of products which marry tradition and innovation.
