Michel Glosek, self-appointed ambassador of Gascony, has travelled the world to find the inspirations for his culinary creations. Keen to share his experiences and his love of fine food, he has settled in Gascony, a region steeped in tradition, where he has created his business 'Glosek Gourmet', to develop a range of products which marry tradition and innovation.
This jar contains six little babas, steeped in an Armagnac syrup. A perfect dessert!
These little cakes are delicious served with whipped cream, ice cream or fruit. They can also be served with lightly fried slices of foie gras, over which you can pour a little of the warmed syrup as a sauce, or serve simply as a treat with a cup of coffee.
To accompany the babas, we suggest that you drink either champagne or still mineral water.
