Valrhona

On 30 July 1502, Christopher Columbus set foot upon the island of Guanaja, near Honduras. Valrhona has chosen to give the name of this island to the most powerful of all its Grand Crus chocolates. A real delight for fans of bitter chocolate, its intense flavour reveals floral notes.

Composition : Dark chocolate 70% cocoa min, pure cocoa butter. Cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifying agent: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract. This product might contain traces of nuts, milk and egg proteins, sesame, gluten and peanut.
