A subtly lemon-flavoured spice
Coriander or Chinese parsley is an herbaceous plant. Its leaves, fruits and roots are used in cooking, especially in Asia, Latin America and Mediterranean cuisine. Often confused with coriander seeds, coriander fruit is beige in colour. Ground, usually after roasting, and mixed with peppercorns, coriander fruit is perfect as an addition to curry pastes, tajines, sauces and terrines.
Use to enhance the flavour of tajines, sauces, stuffings, curry pastes... Delicious mixed with pepper and garlic.
