A very fragrant exceptional ingredient

Adding the essence of Porcini to an Extra Virgin Oil is a complex alchemy. The selected Olive Oil is delicate enough not to overshadow the taste of the mushrooms.

With its expertise and know-how, Borde has selected Arbequina olives from Spanich Catalonia, to produce a smooth, sweet, slightly fruity oil with an intense green colour. Delicious with salads, risotto and pasta dishes.
