Preparation

These mushrooms are ready for immediate use: drain and rinse before cooking.

Suggestion

Try cooking them in a frying pan with a little oil, garlic and parsley. They can be served as a garnish or as a main vegetable with meat, game or poultry. They can also be incorporated into an omelette or creamy sauce.
