The smallest oil seed, sesame, white cream to brown is used in cooking for its fresh flavor of hazelnuts. The sesame seeds are used, among other things, for pastries (the crunchy bread and sesame), but not exclusively.

Suggestion

Sprinkle onto your food or incorporate into your pasta, bread and biscuits. Can also be used to made gomasio.
