A tradition preserved for a fine taste.

The French town of Orleans has been the heart of the vinegar industry since the Middle age and gave its name to a unique local fabrication method: the Orleans process. Martin Pouret founded in 1797, is the last family company who proudly perpetuate this know how by transforming wine into vinegar in oak barrels.

Suggestion of utilisation

The fine taste of this vinegar will perfectly season your lettuce and beetroots. You can also use it in your fruit salads.

Composition : White wine vinegar, wild red poppy extract, natural aroma, preservative: potassium disulfite.
