The French town of Orleans has been the heart of the vinegar industry since the Middle age and gave its name to a unique local fabrication method: the Orleans process. Martin Pouret founded in 1797, is the last family company who proudly perpetuate this know how by transforming wine into vinegar in oak barrels.
