Origins

The piper longum was discovered on the foothills of the Himalayas where it grows wild. It is now grown for its special flavour and aroma evoking cinnamon, coriander ... It is perfectly associated with the other 4 peppers: green pepper, fruity; white pepper, the most piquant; black pepper, very aromatic and pink cove, soft, almost sweet.

The mill

This pepper is in a beautiful crystal polycarbonate mill of 17cm! The mill will allow you to grind the pepper to preserve its full flavour of eternity.
