From an exceptional southern Italian olive grove

This olive oil, which is 100% organic, comes from the Clemente estate, near Monfredonia, in the heart of the national park of Gargano, in Southern Italy. Only olives from the 100 year old trees, carefully spaced apart on the south facing slopes of the estate are used to produce this oil. A very gentle oil, with notes of dried fruits, almond, fig and banana. Perfect used in recipes requiring a delicate oil, and bound to evoke memories of hot, southern summers.
