Extra virgin olive oil, first cold pressing

This bottle contains a rare, pure olive oil. Produced from the first cold pressing, the oil issues from olives which not only have their own geographical control, but are also certified organically grown. The olive groves, which lie in the heart of the Drôme, belong to Daniel Pasquier. This is a gentle, delicate oil, with an aroma and flavour reminiscent of hazelnut.
