The Lalbenque truffle is synonymous with the great gastronomic tradition of the Midi-Pyrénées region of France. Rare and delicate, the truffle adds a delicious, subtle flavour to any dish. This terrine, developed by Michel Catusse, is a real treat, perfect served on toasted bread as a starter or as part of a light meal.

Composition : Pork meat, pork liver 30 %, fresh eggs, truffle from Lalbenque juice 5 %, salt, pepper.
