The meat of the roe deer is tender and full of flavour. Combined in a terrine with cep mushrooms, the result is absolutely delicious. Perfect served simply with fresh bread or toast.

Composition :
Pork meat, roe deer meat 30%, fresh egg, ceps 5%, salt, pepper.
