The pasta produced by Cornand is made using traditional recipes and methods, with high quality ingredients that come straight from the farm. Rich in complex carbohydrates, low in fat, and with a low glycemic index, when cooked until al dente, this pasta is easily digested and an excellent source of energy, due to the slow release of its sugar content.

Saffron is the most famous of all eastern spices. Spirulina is a delicious and highly nutritional seaweed. Together, they produce a pasta that is beautifully coloured, with intense flavour. Gorgeous to look at and delicious to eat.

Semolina of durum wheat, eggs, saffron 5 %, algae from Ouessant spirulin 10 %.
