Although you are certainly familiar with chocolate, you may not be so well acquainted with curaçao, a blue-coloured, orange based liqueur. Used to make these gorgeous pasta, the result is a flavour that is absolutely sublime. Sensationally beautiful, and totally delicious.

Composition : Semolina of durum wheat, eggs, cocoa 10 %, blue Curacao 5 %.
