Delicious, original and versatile
The craftsmen of Les Vents Sauvages take organically grown fruit and transform them into delicious products, whilst at the same time preserving their qualities, flavour and savour. The chestnuts used to make this syrup are no exception to the rule, and the result is an absolute delight.
Serving
Chestnut syrup can be used in many different recipes. Diluted in water, it makes a refreshing drink. It is also delicious added to coffee or milk as a hot drink, or with beer or lemonade. Why not try a chestnut kir, by mixing dry white wine with a drop or two of chestnut syrup? You could also use the syrup as an ingredient in tarts and pastries.
