Potimarron is a winter squash famous in France. Its name comes from the mix of 2 words : potiron (pumpkin) and marron (chestnut). It has a pronounced flavour of chestnut.

Serving suggestion : Heat gently over a low flame and serve with a little butter or some crème fraîche.

Composition : Potimarron* (60%), water, onions*, garlic*, unrefined sea salt (0.5%), Perigord nuts*, pepper*. *Products from organic farming.
