In Italy, rice is sacred. Tenuta Castello knows all about this, and is the specialist when it comes to cultivating and producing different varieties of rice, bringing out the very best. This risotto with asparagus is made with Carnaroli rice, the ‘prince’ of Italian rice. Full of delicately dried asparagus and herbs, this risotto is, quite simply, delicious. Very rich, full of flavour, and easy to prepare.
Composition : Carnaroli rice, dehydrated mix for vegetable broth, dehydrated asparagus 2.5 %, dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic.
