The evolution of the little lacy pancake

The “crêpe dentelle”, that delicate, lacy little pancake, was created in Quimper in 1888. We have been making them for the last 60 years, and it is our passion and expertise that led us to try out something new, and to create a new savoury pancake, lightly filled, which is perfect as a nibble to accompany drinks and cocktails.

The filling in these pancakes blends the strength of Comt&eacute cheese with the flavour of walnuts – two delicious and complementary tastes.

Composition : Coconut oil partially hydrogenated, wheat flour, dried Comté cheese 17 % (equivalent 27 %), wheat malto-dextrin, cheeses, powdered cream, glucose syrup, malt extract, salt, pepper, emulsifier (ape seed lecithin), walnut natural flavourings, acidifier (citric acid), paprika extract. May contain traces of fish, celery.
