Mini crunchy pancakes coated with milk chocolate!

The company Traou Mad, whose name means, literally, « good things », specialises in traditional Breton products, such as these delicious, mini crunchy pancakes, dipped in chocolate. They are ideal with any pudding, or as a treat with a cup of tea or coffee. Fine and crunchy, whilst at the same time melting and full of flavour, and with a delicate chocolate coating.

Composition : Milk chocolate 47 % (sugar, whole milk powder 11 %, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soy lecithin), vanilla flavour), wheat flour, sugar, milk, caramel, pastry butter, coprah oil, salt, egg yellow (carbonate acid sodium), emulsifier (colza lecithin). May contain peanut or nut fruits.
