In 1955, at Saint Jean du Bruel in the Aveyron region of France, Monsieur and Madame Papillon produced their first pâtés. In the heart of the regional park of the Grands Causses, in the gorges of the Dourbie River, between the plateau of the Larzac and the heights of the Cévennes, the Papillon conserving house is now emblematic of three generations of family history.
