This natural sugar is a powerful sweetener, around 1.5 times stronger than saccharose. Very fine and pale, it can be used in place of normal sugar but in smaller quantities. Ideal for use in jams, puddings, desserts, or simply just to sweeten your hot drinks, fructose can be used on a daily basis.
